Back Market doesn’t refurbish anything themselves, they source it all out to 3th party companies. So, 1 day, you might get a 100 percent perfect refurb, but, the other day, you might get a refurb with screws missing and other corners cut. I am not saying Back Market is bad, but since a lot of people have complained about them, a buyer should beware.
