Like wise, I’ve been testing with my Sony AV gear over 16 months but no night & day, never entire room opened up, no where momentum of rain drops/explosions and not at all immersive….!!!??? Here we go… 👎

This marketing spin is so big, it’s almost like it’s trying to compensate for something 😂. “Ultra BIG, Jumbo Biased” – sounds like a superhero cape, but in reality, it’s just a fancy way of saying “we’re hiding something” 🤣. All rosy and fancy words, zero substance. It’s like they’re trying to blind us with buzzwords while they hide behind the curtains, twiddling their thumbs 🤦♂️.
And let’s be real, their priorities are crystal clear: “Sales is only tattooed on their foreheads” 💉. I mean, who needs consumer support when you’ve got a sales quota to meet? 📈 It’s all about the Benjamins, baby! 💸 Consumer Support & Resolution? More like Consumer Support & Forget-It 🤦♀️. Who needs solutions when you can just spin and sell? 🎩
The classic & ultimate example of Sony’s subpar & pathetic customer support 🎉. Here we go…🤩
I’ve got so called flagship, premium and top-of-the-line setup – Sony Bravia 9 K-85XR90 + HT A-7000 + SA SW5 + SA RS5 – and what do you get? Muffled vocals and a complete disregard for your sanity 😂. The dialogue sounds like it’s coming from a different planet. In fact from the backfiring speakers of the TV 📢. But not the Soundbar center channel. And those fancy SA RS5 rear speakers? Just decorative props, because the “crisp surround” and “Dolby height effects” are apparently just a myth perpetuated by Sony’s marketing team 🤣.
And the “support”? Absolutely priceless! 😂 After bombarding Sony India and Sony Electronics with over 100 emails and messages, the response is a masterclass in corporate speak:
1. “It’s a use case… We can’t do much about this” 👏. AKA…we don’t care… Code for: “We’ve got better things to do than help you with our old and discontinued products.”
2. “Buy our new products – Bar 9, Quad, etc…!” 💸. Because what’s a better solution than throwing more money at the problem? 🤣
Bravo Sony, indeed! 👏 You’ve managed to take a premium product and turn it into a glorified paperweight. The cherry on top? The “support” team that can’t even be bothered to pretend they care 🤦♂️. Keep up the good work, Sony!

These SA-RS5 wireless rear speakers are Dummy Dumb, I ever come across. Crisp & clear surround sound and Dolby height effects is a fake. Do look like they’re cut from a similar cloth as the Quad, Bar 9 & Bar 8. However, great to see that no PHONTOM (illusion, hypnotic & black magic) unlike the Quad & Bar… 😂

Every time the power is cut or the main switch is turned off, the SA-RS5 requires a manual press of its top-mounted power button to turn back on, both units separately (two finger burnouts you know) !!No auto-on, no standby memory-just a built-in finger-strengthening routine, the ultimate finger workout!_ 🤣🤣🤣
